Step 1: Create Your Medical Profile
Through an easy online interview, you answer questions
about your medical history and current medical conditions.
From the information you enter, Angel automatically
creates a medical Blotter. The Blotter contains crucial
information Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)
need to treat you efficiently in an emergency.
Your medical Blotter contains items such as:
- Your photo *
- Blood pressure
- Medications you are taking
- Allergies you have
- Chronic or acute medical conditions
* Angel Voice doesn’t provide access to your Blotter photo currently
Step 2: Choose How You Want to Carry Your Medical Profile
Your medical profile can be carried three different ways:
- A printed medical Blotter
- In your Angel Key that automatically "snaps open"
to show your Blotter information when plugged into a PC
- Via an Angel Voice number that allows you to retrieve
your Blotter information over any phone
In each case, the Blotter is designed to display essential
information fast.
Step 3: Carry Angel Wherever You Go
Carry your medical information with you wherever you go!
All Angel packages come with the Angel Identification Kit
you use to help EMTs and others identify that you carry
an Angel. The kit contains:
- Angel Wallet cards - business-sized cards that fit into
your wallet
- EMS Angel logo stickers to put on your car window
or other strategic places
- Angel Key-ring Tags to carry with your keys
