Is my medical profile data secure?
Yes.
What if I don’t want all of my medical information on Angel?
You can put as much or as little info on Angel as you want, although it’s more effective if you put as much as possible.
Is there anything preventing me from getting my dog (or cats) medical records from the vet and putting an Angel on their collar for more than identification?
No, there is nothing preventing you from using either the Angel Key or Online Access versions of Angel. Many of the questions will not be relevant but those that are answered will be valuable in saving your pet’s life or reducing needless pain and suffering based on medical doubt.
Can I use my own USB flash drive instead of the Angel USB Key?
No. Special software makes your data secure, automatically pop open, and automatically sync your data with to the Website.
Why must I use the Web to make any changes or additions/deletions to my Angel?
Angel Technology provides you access anytime from anywhere through the Internet via secure and encrypted connections to your stored data.
If you Angel is lost or stolen, the information you provide is in the Interview process is safe and secure. You can add that same information to your Angel device an you are quickly back to having the information you carry for life.
If you choose to keep your Angel information only online, you can do that as well.
Can I put other documents on the Key and use it like a regular flash drive?
Yes. You can store other documents on it. We suggest storing things like X-Rays, MRI results, living will, etc. Templates come on your Angel Key and can be accessed through the "My Computer" and then the drive that the Angel represents.
Is Angel for just one person (me) or can I enter information into Angel about my entire family?
Angels are for one person only. Families listed on an Angel profile provide less security and more confusion for those responsible with saving lives in an emergency.
What if I lose my Angel or it is damaged and not accessible?
If your Angel device is lost of stolen and you have Angel Assurance, Angel Technology can provide a replacement of your most current version within 72 hours of you ordering your replacement.
With the purchase of Angel Assurance your replacement and delivery of your Angel device is free.
How is my Angel information presented to the healthcare professionals that need it fast in an emergency?
In an emergency, the Angel tags will alert the first responders you carry information they need. Connecting the USB Angel to a PC is all a paramedic, firefighter, or police officer need do and it will "Snap Open". All police cars, ambulances, fire trucks in most cities have a PC in their vehicles.
When connected, Angel opens and presents your picture and the 11-15 crucial pieces of information needed in an emergency that you have previously provided.
After the emergency passes, your other information can be accessed on your Angel based on what you provided online via the interview process.
For the Angel Cell, the Angel tags will alert the first responders you carry information they need. Your cell phone will have a number to call that will send back your picture and the 11-15 crucial pieces of information needed in an emergency that you have previously provided.
What does Angel Technology provide as part of an Angel package?
